Community Connections provides comprehensive mental health services to children, youth, families and adults in the District of Columbia and Montgomery County, Maryland including individualized treatment planning, network resource development, community support services, in-home and/or office based counseling, psycho-educational training and support and crisis services. They are also able to assist with applying for Section 8 Vouchers and accessing affordable housing. Accept only Medicaid or those with no insurance at all.
